• Project Deposits and Payments: All payments made for website development services, including deposits and milestone payments, are non-refundable. Once a payment is made, it is considered final, and no refunds will be issued.

• Project Cancellation: If a project is canceled by the client after work has commenced, no refunds will be provided for any payments already made. Clients may choose to postpone or reschedule the project without penalty, provided that such requests are made in writing and agreed upon by both parties.

3. Software Products

• Licenses: All software license purchases, including monthly, yearly, and lifetime options, are non-refundable. Once a license is purchased, no refunds will be provided.

4. General Conditions

• Defective Products or Services: In the event that a product or service is defective or not as described, please contact our support team within 14 days of purchase. We will assess the issue and, if applicable, provide a replacement or corrective service.
• Cancellation Requests: While we do not offer refunds, you may cancel future renewals of subscription-based services by contacting our support team at least 7 days before the next billing cycle. Cancellations will take effect at the end of the current billing period.
