Project-Based Services

Payments made for completed milestones, delivered work, or consumed consulting hours are non-refundable.

Advance Payments

Advance payments reserve team capacity and project slots. Any eligible partial refund for undelivered scope will be reviewed based on contract terms and work completed.

Cancellation Requests

If you need to cancel a project, contact us as early as possible. We will provide a written closure summary and outstanding settlement details.
